Donna Fisher-Jackson, MA, CHT is originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Twelve years ago, she moved to the San Francisco Bay area of Northern California. Upon moving to California, she continued her astrological studies at the Astrology Institute West in the San Francisco Bay area where she received certification in Astrological Counseling. During her time in the Bay area, Donna also graduated with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology specializing in Holistic Studies from John F. Kennedy University in Northern California. For several years, she has worked as a Holistic Counselor. Since moving to the Gold Country, Donna has published a book, The Healing Path of the Romantic: Type Four of the Enneagram Personality Type System which is available on Amazon.com. Donna has also completed counseling training at the Center for Holistic Counseling in Oakland, California, and with Emily Whiteside of Fleur de Lis Counseling Service in Nevada City, California. She has also completed training to be a Certified Hypnotherapist at Inner Quest School of Hypnotherapy in Auburn, California, and is registered with the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. In January, 2009, Donna celebrated the 10th anniversary of her counseling business. She now lives in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Nevada County, California with her husband, Jim, of more than 25 years, and her two cats, Apollo and Zeus. It has been quite a journey in self-discovery which has led Donna to helping others on their life paths.
